Rehab & Training Programs

Recovering from injury is only half the job — building the body back to full strength, capacity, and confidence is what actually prevents it happening again. Our Rehab & Training Programs are designed to take you from initial injury through to full return to sport or activity, with every stage built around measurable progress.

Rather than following a generic rehab template, we start by identifying exactly what’s limiting you — whether that’s strength, control, range of motion, or movement pattern — and build a programme specific to that deficit. As you progress, your programme evolves with you, always targeting the next limiting factor rather than a fixed timeline.

At DCM Clinics, this is built into our Assess, Build, Re-test approach. Using objective assessment technology including VALD ForceDecks, ForceFrame, and HumanTrak, we measure how your body is actually performing at each stage — not just whether pain has reduced, but whether the underlying physical capacity has genuinely returned. This means you’re only progressed or cleared for full activity once the data supports it, not just how you feel on the day.

This approach is particularly valuable for athletes and active people returning to sport, where the cost of returning too early — or too cautiously — can mean re-injury or lost performance. Whether you’re recovering from a specific injury or building resilience to prevent one, your programme is tailored to your goals, your sport, and your body’s own baseline.

DCM Clinics is led by Danny Mace M.Ost, a registered osteopath and former Head of Rehabilitation at the European School of Osteopathy, who lectures internationally on rehabilitation and performance. Danny is also a five-time British jet ski champion with a world top-ten ranking, bringing an athlete’s own understanding of training, recovery, and performance to every rehab programme.
