All we require from you is a few videos of specific movements so that we can perform our analysis and we will take it from there!

From our analysis we are about to make tailor made specific rehabilitation, endurance, strength and conditioning plans that are unique to your requirements.

Monthly subscription is available for ongoing exercise plans, which includes a weekly video check up call to see progression. Plans are also offered at 4, 6, 8 and 12 weeks depending on the requirements of the patient.

Strength & Conditioning Coaching is a fantastic way to make significant improvements in your chosen sport.  Regular exercise and sporting activities play a huge part in many people’s lives.  Many of the injuries and performance failures that occur in sport are as a result of muscular imbalances, incorrect loading or poor technique; all of these things lead to the overuse of the bodies key areas and muscle groups.

I work with you on a one to one basis where you’ll learn how to get the most out of your body, achieving maximum results.

As an osteopath and also as a professional athlete, I can share my experience, my knowledge and know how to help you achieve your goals.

I currently work with athletes that have diverse needs, including a patient coming back from significant injury to run marathons, another addressing body imbalances to be able to cycle long distances and another training for an iron man competition who is looking for performance improvements, amongst others.
